“It Does Not Matter How Slow You Go So Long As You Do Not Stop. “ - Wisdom of Confucius

I just received my eagerly awaited mail from John Braheny. I don’t know for how long you have been following my blog but I once wrote a post about several “critique services” people that have been in the music business for quite a long time offer you for little money. You send them your song idea, maybe ask some questions you have and they’ll tell you what you could do better or what really stands out in your idea to improve your writing. They won’t claim any rights to your songs, they simply want to help songwriters get better in writing (you can find that post here).

For my EP project I trust the experienced ears of John. I’m satisfied with his advices and they are really helpful.

So I got his mail today and after regarding his hints and thoughts on my songs I am ready to take it to the next step and arrange and record them together with my good friend Marcel who not only plays the drums on each song, but also helps me with the whole recording process and so much more. 

December is coming fast and I need to overthink my time management to use full capacity of the last 3 and a half months. One last song is missing to complete my tracklisting for the EP, Photos need to be taken (unfortunately I missed most of the warm days) and I’ll have to manage the whole business side too.

Loads of work but with music I found what I love to do for the rest of my life and that is why I really enjoy it all. I can’t wait to finally show you what I’ve been working on for so long and I hope you guys have still a little bit of patience left for me before you are able to hear what my heart sounds like.
I already have so many more ideas for what’s going to happen after the EP is done and it’s going to be awesome! Thank you again for all your support, I won’t let you down!
